Violet hues with aromas of rhubarb and quince and savoury mushroom characters. Hints of herbaceous mint and rosemary with a cooler climate influence. Maturation in French oak, silky, integrated tannin's. Aromas of sweet spice of cloves & nutmeg. with stewed quince & roasted beetroot on the back palate. A blend that offers fullness with lasting elegance.
