Character:  Sourcing fruit from our premium vineyards in the Padthaway and Barossa region, renowned for growing and producing award winning wines.  Our wine making team thinking of the selected parcels from the vineyards to produce this outstanding wine. The region is perfect for Cabernet giving and elegant structure with length and freshness. Violet hues with aromas of rhubarb and quince  and savoury mushroom characters. Hints of herbaceous mint and rosemary with a cooler climate influence. Maturation in French oak, silky, integrated tannin's. Aromas of sweet spice of cloves & nutmeg. with stewed quince & roasted beetroot on the back palate. A blend that offers fullness with lasting elegance.
