A full- bodied wine due to the vintage that produced slow ripening, quality fruit and lower yields. Frederick Shiraz Cabernet- has fruit weight and elegant French oak maturation for 18 months giving fine tannins. Hints of herbaceous notes on back palate with overlay of fresh plums and fig. A wine that will develop and offer approachability and a full flavor on the palate to enjoy. Limited production.
